The aim of this study is to evaluate the clinical benefit and safety of using a computer aided detection device, Skout, for real-time polyp detection in colonoscopy procedures with the indication of screening or surveillance. One of the reasons for the development of interval colorectal cancers is polyps missed during colonoscopy. Our hypothesis is that with the aid of Skout, the adenomas detected per colonoscopy will increase, and it is plausible to believe that this increase in detection could reduce the incidence of interval cancers.

In the electronic Framingham Heart Study (eFHS), the investigators developed and deployed a mobile app to collect cardiovascular risk factors and event data and test them against cardiovascular data collected in the Framingham research clinic for the FHS. Participants enrolled in eFHS receive a series of digital surveys modules to complete on a regularly occurring schedule. The objective of the planned randomized trial is to test the effect of administering half of survey modules every 2 weeks versus all survey modules every 4 weeks on improving participants' response rates. There will be 4 survey periods. Period 1 encompasses all survey modules administered from baseline up to week 8 (19 surveys/tasks per participant); period 2 from week 8 up to week 16 (18 surveys/tasks per participant); period 3 from week 16 up to week 24; period 4 from week 24 (16 surveys/tasks per participant).

ACTIV-1 IM is a master protocol designed to evaluate multiple investigational agents for the treatment of moderately or severely ill patients infected with severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2). The research objectives are to evaluate each agent with respect to speed of recovery, mortality, illness severity, and hospital resource utilization. Each agent will be evaluated as add-on therapy to the standard of care (SoC) in use at the local clinics, including remdesivir (provided). The SoC may change during the course of the study based on other research findings. Comparisons of the agents among themselves is not a research objective. The study population corresponds to moderately and severely ill patients infected with the coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) virus. Recruitment will target patients already hospitalized for treatment of COVID-19 infection as well as patients being treated for COVID-19 infection in Emergency Departments while waiting to be admitted to the hospital. Patients both in and out of the ICU are included in the study population.

This phase II trial studies how pembrolizumab works before and after surgery in treating patients with stage III-IV high-risk melanoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.. Giving pembrolizumab before and after surgery may work better compared to after surgery alone in treating melanoma.

This phase II MATCH trial studies how well treatment that is directed by genetic testing works in patients with solid tumors or lymphomas that have progressed following at least one line of standard treatment or for which no agreed upon treatment approach exists. Genetic tests look at the unique genetic material (genes) of patients' tumor cells. Patients with genetic abnormalities (such as mutations, amplifications, or translocations) may benefit more from treatment which targets their tumor's particular genetic abnormality. Identifying these genetic abnormalities first may help doctors plan better treatment for patients with solid tumors, lymphomas, or multiple myeloma.
